Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced. (If you dont have the garlic cloves on hand, you can subsitute with granulated garlic. 1/8 teaspoon is equivalent to 1 garlic clove)
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Combine and rub over a rinsed and patted dry turkey.
