This is such an easy recipe. The house smells really good while you got your dinner in the oven. A drumette is a small version of a chicken leg.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken drumettes. I always look for the largest pack, so it may be slightly more than one pound.
  • 1 small bottle of Russian Dressing (I have used Catalina dressing when the store was out of Russian. Still tastes great)
  • 1 small jar of apricot preserves
  • 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix ….I make my own Dry Onion Soup Mix and you can obtain this recipe HERE

Method
 

  1. set oven at 350 degrees
  2. Place chicken in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix dressing, preserves and the soup mix together until well blended. Pour over chicken. Bake for about an hour.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides. OR great as appetizers too
